JADE HÆREM AKSNES
Jade (b. 1987) is an award-winning director/writer from Norway, who graduated in 2014 from the American Film Institute Conservatory in Los Angeles with an MFA in Directing. Prior to this she completed her studies in Norway with a BA in Film and TV Production, specializing in Directing, and an MA in Film Analysis.
Jade has written and directed several short films, which have been officially selected at over 60 film festivals worldwide, and have won several awards including "Best Narrative Short", "Best Directing" and "Best Screenplay". PUSHING NIGHT AWAY, which is funded by the Norwegian Film Institute and Western Norway Film Center, has been selected at 24 film festivals, and recently won the award for "Best International Film" at the Academy Award qualifying HollyShorts Film Festival in Los Angeles. Amongst Jade's other short is her short ENGLESPILL which screened at 11 international film festivals, won an "Audience Choice Award", and was broadcast on Norwegian national television.
Based on her film production, Jade was awarded the Artist Grant from Arts Council Norway in 2017 and 2015, and she is currently working on developing her first feature film project.

DAGNY BACKER JOHNSEN
Dagny Backer Johnsen is a Norwegian actress who started her acting career on Vestlandske teatersenter and Den Nationale Scene, both theaters in Bergen, Norway.
She has since starred in several films, both shorts and features, including the Norwegian feature Varg Veum - - dødens drabanter (Appelgren, 2011), and one of Canada's Academy Award candidates Violent (Huculiak, 2014), for which she was also nominated for "Best Acress" at the Vancouver Film Critics Circle Awards in Canada.
JULIAN HÆREM AKSNES
Julian Hærem Aksnes is a Norwegian actor who started his acting career fairly recently, but has already starred in several short films, including Time to Go (2016), Restrictor (2016) and Pushing Night Away (2016).
He is currently studying Film and Television Production at the University of Bergen, and is also a talented musician, with skills ranging from electric guitar and drums to classical violin and opera.
